Final Assembly

Final engine assembly is done in a "clean room." Dirt is the enemy of engines throughout their life but it starts right here. An engine built with dirt in it will not last to TBO. Each engine is assembled by one mechanic recording every step, and checked at critical points and signed for by an inspector.

 If you are looking for a particular part for your engine, our parts department is also available to lend a hand. We maintain a significant inventory of engine parts available to meet your needs.

Have the engine "Your Way" - a variety of new cylinder options: Titan steel, Nickel, Superior, Millennium, factory. Order a new camshaft in lieu of a regrind. New light weight starters. Custom paint and installations. These are some of the few "specialty services" that we perform.
