Incoming inspections include photos that become part of the permanent work order. This along with a detailed check in sheet document what we received

and the condition it was in at the time.

Disassembly of the engine is performed by a licensed mechanic who begins the inspection process as he removes components noting defects in written from. After disassembly, parts are degreased with pressure hot water and soap in a washing machine. They are then given a final cleaning in a high powered ultrasonic cleaning machine. They then undergo the various applicable inspection procedures such as mangnafulx and dye penetrant inspection as well as plain old visual and dimensional checks.
